The 100-Point Multi-Location Audit

A structured scorecard for finding the gaps between your estate and its local customer journeys.

Use five weighted checks

The 100 points are a proposed assessment framework, not a measured client result. Score only checks you can verify and label unknowns separately. Adjust the weights before comparing locations so the score reflects your customer journey.

  • Ownership and access: 20 points.
  • Location data and profile accuracy: 25 points.
  • Discovery and location-page consistency: 20 points.
  • Reputation and response workflows: 20 points.
  • Conversion destinations and reporting: 15 points.

Ownership and access

Verify the business owner, manager permissions, recovery dependencies and operator transitions. Allocate points for confirmed evidence; an unanswered access request remains unknown. Keep high-risk ownership gaps visible regardless of the aggregate score.

Data and discovery

Check address, phone, opening hours, categories, services and website consistency. Sample non-brand local coverage with a repeatable method. Record the coordinates, keywords and observation date, rather than assigning a score from a single informal search.

Reputation and conversion

Check response coverage, escalation rules, reply quality and privacy review. Test phone numbers, directions and booking links. Distinguish a functioning route from measured commercial performance; a valid link does not prove that enquiries convert.

Turn the score into a priority plan

For each finding, record evidence, affected locations, customer impact, owner and next review date. Fix critical errors first, even where a location has a high total score. Retest the same checks after changes, explaining any changes in scope or missing data.
